Signature Technology Across the Range
Every XSTO shares a core set of innovations — then each model pushes further
Gyroscope Self-Balancing
A gyroscopic sensor system continuously monitors tilt, automatically adjusting the seat to stay level on slopes up to 15°. You sit flat — even when the ground isn't.
Omni / Mecanum Wheels
Proprietary front wheels enable 360° rotation on the spot. Navigate narrow doorways, spin in tight kitchens, and pass through standard 750mm doorframes with ease.
Rising Seat Technology
Raise your seat from 347mm to 650mm at the press of a button — reach kitchen counters, shelves, and people at eye level. Life-changing for everyday tasks.
3-Part Quick Disassembly
Remove the seat, split the base — fits in a standard car boot in under 60 seconds. Designed to travel with you, not slow you down.
App & Remote Control
Control via joystick, Bluetooth remote, or smartphone app. Summon the chair, set speed limits, and monitor battery — all from your phone.
All-Terrain Capability
Four-wheel independent suspension absorbs shocks from kerbs, gravel, grass, and packed sand. The M4 handles 15° slopes; the X12 climbs 40° and full staircases.
The Award-Winning Everyday Powerchair
iF Design Award & Red Dot Award winner. The chair that started the revolution.
Independent Life, Every Day
The M4 is the world's most versatile everyday powerchair. At just 15.9kg (base only) with a one-touch fold, it goes everywhere — in the car, on the plane, around the home. Its rising seat lets you reach counters, hug people properly, and see the world at eye level.
- 17km range on a single charge
- Seat rises from 347mm to 650mm
- 6 km/h top speed, 15° slope capability
- IPX4 splash-resistant rating
- Airline-approved battery available
- 115kg weight capacity
Globally Recognised Design
The M4 didn't just win awards — it defined a new category. Judges at iF Design and Red Dot cited its fusion of robotics and human-centred thinking, noting that the rising seat alone "redefines the relationship between a wheelchair user and their environment." A rare achievement for a mobility product.

Premium Performance. Elevated Experience.
Everything the M4 does — with power recline, LED lighting, and enhanced off-road capability.
The M4 — Upgraded in Every Way
The M4 Pro takes every element of the M4 and refines it. Power recline means you can ease back to rest without assistance. Electric folding means the chair folds itself at the press of a button. Front and rear LED lighting means you're visible — and stylish — day or night. The enhanced suspension handles rougher ground with greater confidence.
- Power recline — electric backrest adjustment
- Electric one-button folding mechanism
- Front & rear LED lighting
- Enhanced off-road suspension system
- 3-step disassembly for transport
- Japan G-Mark Design Award winner
M4 vs M4 Pro — What's the Difference?
Both are award-winning self-balancing powerchairs. Here's how they compare side by side.
The Stair-Climbing AI Mobility Robot
Not a wheelchair. A robot. Built for the world as it actually exists.
Stairs. Slopes. Sand. Nothing Stops You.
The X12 is a fundamentally different machine. Where a powerchair navigates the world carefully, the X12 rewrites the rules entirely. Its wheeled quadruped chassis with dual-track climbing system climbs full staircases automatically — using LIDAR sensors and AI to detect each step and adapt in real time. No assistance needed. No ramps required.
- Climbs full staircases & slopes to 40°
- LIDAR + gyroscope AI navigation
- 35km range, 12 km/h top speed
- 136kg weight capacity
- 3 intelligent drive modes — auto-switch
- Voice, app, handle, or remote control
Three Modes. One Chair. Every Terrain.
The X12 automatically selects the right mode for the terrain ahead — no manual switching required. On flat ground it rolls smoothly on four wheels. Hit a kerb and it shifts to quadruped mode, using all four independent limbs for maximum stability. Reach stairs and it deploys its dual-track caterpillar system, climbing steadily while keeping your seat perfectly level throughout.
- Four-Wheel Mode — smooth indoor & outdoor surfaces, up to 12 km/h
- Quadruped Mode — rough terrain, kerbs, gravel, grass
- Caterpillar Mode — full staircase climbing, 30 steps/min
- Reverse collision detection & drop-off alerts
- 360° self-balancing dynamic seat
