Package the Item
Repack the product in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.
Collection or Drop-off
For large items, we'll arrange free collection. Smaller items can be posted back.
Refund Processed
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
