Terms & Conditions

The terms governing your use of our website and purchases.

Last updated: August 2026  |  Company: Mobility and Motion UK

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mobility and Motion UK website and all purchases made through it. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. About Us

Mobility and Motion UK provides mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, walking aids, and accessories. You can contact us at info@mobilityandmotion.uk or 07356 004 212.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT unless stated otherwise (e.g. for VAT-exempt customers). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. An order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline orders at our discretion.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. For finance options, separate terms may apply. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers.

5. VAT Relief

If you have a long-term illness or disability, you may be eligible for VAT exemption on certain products, saving 20%. A declaration must be completed at checkout. Making a false declaration is a criminal offence. For full details, see our VAT Relief page.

6. Delivery

We offer free standard delivery across the UK on most products. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. For full delivery information, see our Delivery Information page. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. We extend this to 30 days for your peace of mind. For full details, see our Returns & Refunds page.

8. Warranties

All products come with manufacturer warranties. These are in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For warranty details, see our Warranty page.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Mobility and Motion UK or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
